I created Wellness In Motion to help high-performing individuals and teams find more balance, clarity, and sustainable well-being.
As a Certified Wellness Coach and NASM Personal Trainer with a background in the corporate world, I understand the pressure, pace, and burnout that often come with high-performance living. I’m here to help you shift that — gently, consistently, and purposefully.
